5. Cancellations and Refunds

- Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms of the service provider.

- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider's policy. Processing times may vary.


6. Re-Issue/Date Change

- Re-Issue: Any request for re-issue of tickets or travel documents will incur additional charges as per our and the service provider's policy.

- Date Change: Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. All requests for date changes must be made in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.


7. Rates & Currency

- Rates: All rates are quoted in the local currency (AED) unless otherwise specified. Rates are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in taxes, or other unforeseen factors.

- Currency Conversion: Any currency conversions provided are for informational purposes only and are based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of booking.


8. Your Rights

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We offer visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approval.


9. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request.


10. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not engage in any illegal or prohibited activities while booking or during their travel. This includes but is not limited to, fraudulent booking or any misuse of the company website, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and any activities that violate local laws. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of services and reporting to relevant authorities.


11. Liability

- Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Third-Party Providers: We act as an agent for third-party service providers. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of these providers.


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.
